FTC E-Business Online Services
Welcome to FTC’s Online Services. One of the reasons we redesigned our website was to offer FTC members a comprehensive, user-friendly, visually attractive online resource to call your attention to all the services we offer. Another reason was to put in place the online infrastructure that will enable FTC to be on the cutting edge in offering members and customers the convenience of online bill payment, service ordering, and other e-commerce opportunities. And that’s just what we’re doing. On this page, you’ll find our first two online applications: FTC E-Bill, and FTC Online Service Ordering.
Below are instructions to follow after you’ve clicked on these two applications:
For FTC members already using our E-Bill service, you can log in with your existing user name-password, and proceed as you do currently. The online bill payment service is exactly the same as it was before we rolled out our new webpage.
For those interested in taking advantage of online billing and who are logging on to E-Bill for the first time, you will need to contact one of our Customer Service Representatives here in our business office to set up your E-Bill log-in account.
For online service ordering, which includes Voice Mail, Caller ID Name and Number, Call Waiting, and other FTC custom-calling features, all you need to place your order online is the telephone number for which you’re ordering features and your FTC membership (co-op members) or account number (other FTC customers), which you’ll find on your FTC billing statement. You will use your e-mail address to submit your order. Complete information is included on the Online Service Ordering form.
