FTC provides customers a free installation disk to get their service up and running.
Important: FTC Internet Services is pleased to offer our customers local access to the Internet. However, to make sure you are accessing the Internet through a local connection, customers must observe the following instructions: To ensure that you do not incur long-distance charges, you must set your dial-up connection to dial seven digits only (638-8212) for Internet access. If you choose to dial 1+Area Code+638-8212, or any number other than 638-8212, you will be responsible for the long-distance charges incurred. Fort Payne customers must set dial-up connection to dial 844-4791.
